Leinenkugel’s Apple Spice Lager was originally released in 2011 and hibernated in 2016. This fan-favorite blends crisp apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg to capture the cozy flavors of fall. Loved for its smooth lager finish and subtle sweetness, Apple Spice is back for a limited time at our Pilot Brewery—bringing all the warmth and nostalgia of autumn!
TAKE THE BLUEBERRY WHEAT SURVEY
Clean, crisp and slightly hazy from the additions of wheat and oats blending perfectly with a familiar blueberry flavor used in our Sunset Wheat that adds a slight acidity and sweetness.
Our new Pilot Festbier is a lighter version of an Oktoberfest Beer, this golden pale malt is typically served in larger beer tents at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. Festbier is brewed in our small batch brewery with Vienna and Munich malts, Cluster, Tettnang, Mittelfrüh & Perle hops similar to our classic Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest.
TAKE THE WISCONSIN HARVEST ALE SURVEY
This beer makes its return for the second consecutive year and is unique because of the use of fresh/wet hops picked and harvested by hand just down the road at Hoppertunity Gardens in Elk Mound. Normally, the hops are dried and pelletized but by not doing so, the delicate oils are retained and shine through in the final beer. This year, we added Centennial and Cascade hops which have floral, lemon, grapefruit and pine notes. All rounded out perfectly with the use of all local barley malt, wheat malt and oats to make a smooth finish.
For our next IPA at the Pilot Brewery, our brewers chose the trendy New England Style IPA. Unlike the bitter, piney West Coast style, this hazy IPA is hop-forward with intense tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors from five hop varieties. Wheat and oats give it a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, and its haze comes from grain protein, hop oils, and starch from the oats.

Brewed in collaboration with Leinenkugel's in WI + Terrapin in GA for baseball season! This thirst-quenching Cold IPA blends the crispness of a lager with the hoppy punch of an IPA. Leinenkugel's house yeast strain with Terrapin cryo hops and other flavorful ingredients making every sip a home run!
TAKE THE BIG EDDY IMPERIAL STOUT SURVEY
Once dubbed "the purest water in the world" the Big Eddy Spring runs right through our brewery in the heart of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and is where our Big Eddy Imperial Stout gets its name. It started at Leinenkugel's in 2007, went into hibernation in 2016, but it's officially back for a limited time through December! It boasts a selection of 8 malts & grains balanced by 3 different & distinct hops. 9.5% ABV
